There were 15 callers in front of me, I don’t have an hour to sit on the phone and wait just to ask 1 question, so I submitted the question online and asked them to contact me. I waited until the next day and called their customer service line. I get it, I’m in parts and service and there is a lot of stuff that takes longer than normal right now, it’s just the way things are. Pretty normal stuff, I gave it about 5 business days and checked my email just to see an email that says due to corona things are slow blah blah. Ordered a set of tires on September 14th, received an email that they were having trouble processing orders, and I’d get a shipping notification emailed once the order had been processed.
